Time to tone it down a bit and enjoy some healthier eating with our decadent Cherry Vincotto. Almost a cherry wine in itself, being made from cooked grape skins, the anti-oxidant rating is off the scale with this one !
A meal with a salad doesn't always have to be served completely cold either. Try your favourite meat cooked with a delicious salad on the side. With cherry I would recommend sweet little lamb cutlets, gently pan fried, drizzled with cherry vincotto, accompanied by a green salad dressed with the same product.
